Commercial Asset Advisors Announces Sponsorship of Todd Simonsen, CAA Sales Associate, in the 2024 Surf for Impact Industry Invitational

SOLANA BEACH - San Diego, CA (November 15, 2024) – Commercial Asset Advisors (CAA) was proud to sponsor Todd Simonsen, CAA Sales Associate as he participated in the 2024 Surf for Impact Industry Invitational.  This unique charity surfing event brings together real estate professionals and surfing enthusiasts for a great cause.  The primary goal of the Industry Invitational is to raise funds to support adaptive surfers—individuals with disabilities who want to experience the joy and benefits of surfing.

 

Through the funds raised, Surf for Impact helps provide adaptive surfers with equipment, surf lessons, and the necessary resources to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the sport. This year’s event was a great success, raising an impressive $39,000!   The Surf for Impact team will use these funds in partnership with local surf schools and nonprofits to ensure that adaptive surfers are empowered to experience the ocean and enjoy the life-changing benefits of the sport.

 

The Surf for Impact Invitational is more than just a day at the beach. It’s a testament to the tight-knit, dynamic community we have here in San Diego, where professional connections and passions converge. For CAA, supporting Todd in this competition wasn’t just about sponsorship—it was about investing in a meaningful event that reflects our own values of community, collaboration, and positive impact. Todd’s participation embodies these principles, and we’re honored to support him as he gives back to the community in a fun and impactful way.

 

We are proud of Todd’s strong performance at the event and celebrate his philanthropic spirit. We extend our congratulations to the top surfers in this year’s Invitational: 1st Place: Sean Puckett at Cal Private, 2nd Place: Cam Aldrich at Chicago Title, 3rd Place: Ryan Bracker at Voit Real Estate.
