CAA Welcomes Chris Bonar as New Associate

Commercial Asset Advisors is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Bonar as an Associate. Chris is the newest member of the team at CAA, San Diego’s premier full-service private client brokerage firm.


“As a San Diego native, Chris is eager to make his mark in the world of commercial real estate, and we are excited to welcome him on board,” said CAA Principal Mike Conger. “One of the benefits of working at CAA is our team-oriented, results-based culture. Prior to joining CAA, Chris completed an internship at QualityFirst Commercial, where he immersed himself in the unique San Diego market. Chris is particularly interested in acquiring expertise in the industrial and office sectors of commercial real estate.


“I’ve always had a passion for real estate, and working with entrepreneurs and business owners attracts me,” Chris said. “The investment side – the production of income over time – is part of what makes commercial real estate so exciting. There’s unlimited opportunity.”


Chris began his college career at San Jose State University, where he played for the Men’s Club Volleyball Team. He then transferred to San Diego State University and graduated in December 2019 with a degree in Business Administration. While not working, Chris enjoys spending time with family, road cycling, and beach volleyball.
